nearest EKEDC Business Unit around you.
Background check will be carried out based on your application form,
On approval an Application Number will be generated for each meter request you have made on your application form.
IRL will fetch approved customer data from EKEDC.
IRL will conduct a survey on your premises and specify meter type, Meter type will be approved by EKEDC metering team, IRL will issue an invoice against meter type and quantity required.
Customer make payment against invoice issued and advice IRL of payment, meter will be installed in customers premises within 10 business working days.

Visit www.msms.ibedc.com to download application form, Fill and submit to
nearest IBEDC Business Unit around you.
IBEDC will evaluate & survey premises of customer for suitable meter deployment, upon successful clearance of customers premises and issuance of a unique ID code from IBEDC.
Payment can then be made to MAP/IRL dedicated bank account.
Note: a) Payment cannot be made without a unique ID. b) Payment must ONLY be into MAP/IRL dedicated bank account.
Upon payment made by customer into MAP/IRL dedicated bank account, customer advice Business Unit of their payment.
IRL will fetch list of customers that have paid for their meters on IBEDC MSMS Systems and meter those customers within 10 working days of receipt of payment.
